This luxury apartment located in the center of San Sebastian is in an elegant historic building. It is just a few meters from La Concha beach, 10 minutes away walking to the Old Town and 15 minutes to the Kursaal. There are numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, etc nearby.
It is on the mezzanine of the building after 9 stairs. There is a stair chair lift if needed.

A spacious and bright living-dining room with integrated kitchen in the same space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, iron, ironing board, etc.
The living-dining room has a comfortable couch, a 32″ flat screen TV and a DVD player. If the group is larger than 8 people, the couch can become a comfortable double bed. It has a table that can accommodate up to 10 people and a built-in closet.
Two double bedrooms with a bed of 1.60 x 2 meters, two night tables with their respective lamps and a closet. One of them is exterior and the other overlooks a large communal courtyard so it also has natural light.
